I wonder some other things.
We know in ep.11 we must choose 3 from 5 girls.
So far we have several times something like that.
We can choose who to visit after Alice return-mom,Alice,Tracy.
We can choose with which one to spent a full day-mom,Alice,Tracy
We can choose which dream to enter-mom,Alice,Tracy
We can choose between mom,Alice and Jenna at the spa.
Will all those choices matter for the end?
And hey we have ep.3 of Return to Dominaria.

I think sin has confirmed that it this choice we will make in episode 11 that will matter.now that you mentioned it i also want to learn what alice's dream meant
small question: is there a disadvantage from using cheats to add points (like lust Points, mom_ass,...)? Missed Content or bugs, because you have more points, than you "should have"

I could be wrong but i don't think there really is a "points" system. The only thing remotely like that i can think of is how when presented with tits, ass or mouth/whatever option the game remembers which one you pick. I think if you used cheats to make the game think you picked all of them equally might lead to errors. This is all speculation mind someone better informed may know otherwise.

When does the game remembering your choices (ass/tits/feet whatever) become relevant though? I feel like I have done a playthrough without consistency and not suffered from it.
I think there's a scene in particular it mentions that the scene would be different depending on those choices but Sin hadn't implemented it so just made it a scene where you can choose which outcome you want. With the new UI and possibly some extra additions, I imagine he may have fixed that... maybe. I also feel like most of the difference in choices will mostly come out around these last 2 episodes.

That was a cynical "yes". If you'd bother to read a few posts back, than you would have found out the release date and time. For lazy questions, you get lazy answers.
