This is probably not suitable to FA's target audience, but i'm pretty pleased with the results.
This is my entry for MUMEDI's "To death with a smile" contest. Day of the dead is nearing and it's probably my favorite holiday.
So here she is, Friendly neighborhood Catrina.
It reads: "La calavera Garbancera has come out to flirt, to make us remember we all shall dance with her."
"La calavera garbancera" pretty much means "garbanzo-eating skull". Garbancera is a derogatory term for people who (back in the day) were from native descent but pretended to be european, and thus wore fancy clothes.

Great noir-style, dawkz. Just some friendly critique - you got some errors in the skeletal anatomy on the scapulas. The clavicle should be connected to the tip of the scapula just bove the humerus which in turn should be connected to the scapula. It is always a good idea to have references by the side when drawing. :)
